Front-End Leaning Full-Stack Engineer

We are currently looking for a front-end leaning full-stack engineer to join a growing delivery team working on a high-impact loyalty and promotions platform for a major enterprise client.

This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, scalable platforms, and commercial outcomes, and offers the chance to contribute to a programme with real visibility and momentum.

You will join a cross-functional product team delivering and evolving promotional capabilities within a digital loyalty ecosystem.

While the role has a strong front-end focus, you’ll work closely with backend services and APIs and be comfortable contributing across the stack where needed.

This is an opportunity to:

• Build user-facing features used at scale

• Contribute to evolving promotion mechanics and customer incentives

• Influence technical decisions and implementation approaches

• Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery leadership

• Help shape a platform that is still evolving, not just maintaining what already exists

Required Experience:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

• TypeScript

• React (Hooks)

• Node.js

• REST APIs

• Git

• Modern build tools and bundlers

Key responsibilities & duties include:

• Developing front-end features using modern JavaScript and React

• Integrating with backend services via REST APIs

• Collaborating with backend engineers to shape end-to-end solutions

• Contributing to code quality, performance, and maintainability

• Participating in agile ceremonies and technical discussions

• Bringing ideas, not just code, and constructively challenging where appropriate
