Who we’re looking for


  • 8+ Years of experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Electronics or Medical Device industry with experience in forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and data analytics
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite is a strong plus)"
  • "Predictive capabilities - ability to anticipate issues and risks and react before they happen. Ability to see causes and effects through the supply chain
  • Analytical Savvy - Ability to process, use, understand, interpret and synthetize large amount of data to make decisions and improve business performance
  • Business Acumen - Ability to communicate analytical analysis in a comprehensive manner link it to the business environment with an understanding of their implication


In this role you will play a key role in:


  • Drive market planning improvements by implementing the SPOC model, optimizing forecasting processes, and formalizing operations in the Market Operating Strategies (MOS).
  • Ensure market strategies translate into actionable production plans by maintaining an 18-month rolling forecast, resolving planning gaps, managing issues, and identifying forecast risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure deep market understanding by defining market archetypes based on strategy, revenue sources, and key characteristics like distribution and inventory strategy.
  • Support S&OP preparation by advising on forecast variances, aligning plans to improve supply chain metrics, reporting KPIs, resolving planning gaps, and contributing to inventory and service level targets.
  • Ensure market adherence to planning processes by guiding forecast preparation, enforcing the planning drumbeat, and coordinating with the forecasting support team.
  • Ensure Tolling compliance by enforcing policies, clarifying principles to stakeholders, escalating misalignments, and maintaining proper documentation per Tolling Repository guidelines


YOUR PROFILE

Process Skills


E2E Supply Chain Knowledge: From demand forecasting to production scheduling.

Leadership & Analytical Skills: To lead calls and resolve complex planning issues.

Professional Maturity: Especially critical when managing high-pressure scenarios and senior stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

  • High Proficiency in Excel, MS Office
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite is a strong plus)"

Client Handling Skills:

  • Proficient in communicating with international Clients, internal & external Stakeholders, Strong written and verbal communication, Time management & Excellent organizational skills.


Preferred Qualification:

  • MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics / Engineering (preferred)
  • Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable)


Experience Requirements:
