React Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated React Lead Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience in software development.

Must have experience:

• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR)
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience working with REST APIs and handling data integration on the frontend
• Familiarity with React Testing Library or similar testing frameworks
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management
• Experience working in CI/CD environments (e.g. Docker, GitLab pipelines)
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
• Experience in responsive design and building cross-browser compatible UIs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile team environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of accessibility (a11y) best practices
• Experience with frontend performance optimization
• Familiarity with design systems or working closely with design teams (e.g. Figma integration)
• Experience with feature flags, analytics, or AB testing tools
• Experience with Redis
• Exposure to Kafka or event-driven architecture
• Experience in the retail domain or working on consumer-facing applications
