Job Description

We are looking for a PMO for Transversal Domain who supports project and program management functions to ensure effective delivery, governance, reporting, and coordination across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Monitoring:

• Support PO/BA/Scrum Masters on their daily task (Agile methodology)
• Maintain project and milestone plans (agile methodologies)
• Track project progress: status, scope, budget, quality, and risk
• Support resource and capacity planning and coordination
  
  

Governance & Reporting

• Prepare standard and ad-hoc project reports and executive summaries
• Ensure documentation and governance processes are followed
• Setup meeting agendas and capture results/outcomes
  
  

Tools & Processes

• Support organizational project management tools and practices
• Maintain collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams) and data access for teams
• Track and update projects hours tracking, KPI, helping with steer-co and big room slides
  
  

Job Requirements

• Languages: Fluent English
• Tools: Proficient with Office365 (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Jira, Confluence. Service-now experience is appreciated.
• Experience: Prior PMO or project support experience (2 to 5 years)
