Key Points to Remember:
We are looking for a PMO for Transversal Domain who supports project and program management functions to ensure effective delivery, governance, reporting, and coordination across multiple initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Monitoring:
- Support PO/BA/Scrum Masters on their daily task (Agile methodology)
- Maintain project and milestone plans (agile methodologies)
- Track project progress: status, scope, budget, quality, and risk
- Support resource and capacity planning and coordination
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc project reports and executive summaries
- Ensure documentation and governance processes are followed
- Setup meeting agendas and capture results/outcomes
- Support organizational project management tools and practices
- Maintain collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams) and data access for teams
- Track and update projects hours tracking, KPI, helping with steer-co and big room slides
- Languages: Fluent English
- Tools: Proficient with Office365 (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Jira, Confluence. Service-now experience is appreciated.
- Experience: Prior PMO or project support experience (2 to 5 years)
