We’re supporting a fast-growing European product company operating at the intersection of insurance, preventative healthcare, and AI.
The company has achieved strong product-market fit, expanded across multiple European markets, secured significant Series B funding, and is now scaling both its platform and engineering organisation.
Their mission is simple but powerful:
Build a preventative, data-driven ecosystem that creates better outcomes for users, customers, and the business.
As part of continued growth, they’re now hiring 3x Senior Engineers in Stockholm.
đź§ Open Roles (Permanent)
🔹 2x Senior Full-Stack Engineers – Claims Product Team
(Backend-leaning ~60/40)
You’ll join a product-driven team responsible for both:
- A mission-critical internal web platform used daily by operational teams
- A heavily AI-driven claims automation system, already handling ~50% of cases end-to-end via LLMs
This is a role for engineers who enjoy complex backend logic, modern frontend, and real product ownership.
🔹 1x Senior Backend Engineer – Platform / Foundation Team
This role focuses on the core platform:
- Scalability & performance
- Infrastructure, integrations & data platform
- Reducing technical debt and enabling international expansion
You’ll work closely with other senior engineers on the technical backbone of a rapidly scaling product.
🛠️ Tech Environment
Core stack across teams includes:
- TypeScript / JavaScript
- Node.js
- Python
- React & Next.js (full-stack roles)
- AWS
- MongoDB / PostgreSQL / DynamoDB
- GraphQL, Terraform
- AI & LLM-powered services (claims automation, document & contract analysis)
Infrastructure is handled by a dedicated platform team, but senior engineers are expected to understand how systems scale in production.
👤 What They’re Looking For
All roles are senior-level.
For Full-Stack Engineers:
- ~8+ years’ commercial experience
- Strong backend foundations (Node.js, Python)
- Solid frontend experience with React / Next.js
- Experience designing scalable architectures
- Product-minded, curious, and comfortable working close to users
- Exposure to AI / LLM-based systems is a big plus
For Backend Engineer:
- ~8+ years backend-focused experience
- Strong Node.js / TypeScript / Python
- Experience with distributed systems & integrations
- Strong understanding of scalability, reliability & cloud architecture
- Infrastructure-as-Code experience (e.g. Terraform)
- Senior, self-driven mindset (this is not a pure web dev role)
