This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Software Engineering Manager. The role involves leading and managing software engineering teams, overseeing the development and design of high-quality software, and ensuring the implementation of robust distributed systems. The manager will also be responsible for effective project management, ensuring deliverables are met on time while fostering technical innovation and growth within the team.

• Proven expertise in Software Development, including coding and debugging applications
• Strong Team Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and managing engineering teams
• Proficiency in Software Design principles and practices
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, tracking, and delivering large-scale software projects
• In-depth understanding of Distributed Systems architecture and best practices
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in leading remote teams is highly desirable
