🔥 Your Role as Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist at Data Tribes, you turn complex questions into concrete, data-driven solutions. You’ll be:

✅ Translating business challenges into algorithms, dashboards, and models that drive real-world impact

✅ Working with structured and unstructured data to deliver insights that matter

✅ Building predictive models, machine learning pipelines, and statistical analyses

✅ Creating data stories and visualizations that bring insights to life (because visuals stick better than dry facts)

✅ Collaborating closely with clients, often leading projects from discovery to delivery

✅ Exploring advanced methods like Graph Neural Networks, Topic Modeling, LLMs, Deep Learning, Clustering, Optimization and Tree-Based Models

💡 What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

🎯 Experience as a Data Scientist / Data Analyst with a proven track record

🎯 Strong skills in Python, R, or similar for modeling & analysis

🎯 Knowledge of machine learning and statistical methods

🎯 Ability to switch between business and tech worlds with ease

Nice-to-haves:

🌍 Experience with ESG / sustainability data / agri, food and beverages

🤖 Familiarity with LLMs, Deep Learning, or Neural Networks

📊 Experience with visualization & storytelling tools (Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, etc.)

🔍 Knowledge of data engineering basics (SQL, pipelines, cloud platforms)
