I’m currently partnering with a leading financial services organization to source a forward-thinking RPA Developer – Data Scientist who will play a key role in shaping advanced analytics, intelligent automation, and GenAI initiatives across the business.

This is a high-impact, hybrid role blending data science, low-code automation, GenAI, and AI governance, ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, regulation, and business transformation.

🔍 The Role

You will design, build, and govern AI-driven solutions that transform decision-making and operations across Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Retail/Corporate Banking.

This role goes beyond model building—you’ll actively contribute to the organization’s enterprise AI governance framework, risk controls, and secure AI infrastructure.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

RPA, Automation & Intelligent Document Processing

• Build and manage Power Automate cloud & desktop (RPA) flows
• Design IDP solutions using AI Builder / Azure Form Recognizer
• Automate workflows across Operations, Finance & Risk
• Integrate GenAI services (ChatGPT Enterprise, Custom GPTs, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio)

AI & Machine Learning

• Develop ML and GenAI-powered models for prediction, classification, summarization, and document generation
• Apply best practices in feature engineering, evaluation, and retraining
• Implement LLM use cases, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning

AI Governance & Compliance

• Collaborate with IT, Legal, DPO & Compliance to define AI governance frameworks
• Establish AI/ML policies, risk assessments, audit trails, and usage guidelines
• Monitor AI usage in line with DORA, GDPR, and regulatory controls

Secure AI Infrastructure

• Contribute to secure and scalable AI platforms
• Support sandboxed environments, isolated runtimes, and controlled data access
• Enable AI tools within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AI, Power Platform, M365 Copilot)

Collaboration & Enablement

• Act as a trusted AI SME for business teams
• Translate business needs into automation and data-driven solutions
• Coach teams on responsible and effective GenAI adoption

Documentation & Reusability

• Maintain structured documentation for models, automations, and governance assets
• Use Git-based version control to ensure reproducibility and reuse

✅ Skills & Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar
• 3+ years experience in Automation, Data Science & Machine Learning
• 3+ years experience in the banking/financial services domain
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud & desktop) and IDP (AI Builder or similar)
• Practical experience with GenAI & prompt engineering (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI)
• Experience using ChatGPT Enterprise and building Custom GPTs
• Strong Python & SQL skills
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk frameworks, and compliance documentation

Nice to Have

• Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, or broader Microsoft Azure experience
• Knowledge of Git, DevOps/MLOps, and secure development practices
