Across ~40 different modules we are heavily relying on various integrations (payments, smart-locks, marketplaces) and AI (our in-house developed agentic-framework for our chatbot and advanced Insights). As the leading Tenant Experience platform in the Nordics, we reach more than 450,000 households - approximately 20% of all rental tenants in Sweden.


Having proven product-market fit in the Nordics we are now embarking on an exciting growth journey and as we are evolving our Product & Technology organization we are looking for experienced Data Analyst who wants to help bring our data platform to the next level.


Role Description

As a Data Analyst at Avy, you will play a crucial role in shaping data-driven decision-making by designing, building, and maintaining our data architecture. With a strong focus on security and privacy, you will ensure that our users' data remains protected while enabling insightful analytics. You will help bring together distributed datasets, empowering everything from ELTs to business intelligence. You will identify, implement, and manage external BI tools, transforming raw data into meaningful, goal-driven reports.

By analyzing complex data sets, you will uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and define critical metrics and KPIs that drive strategic decisions. Your expertise in building and maintaining data pipelines will ensure seamless data accessibility for key stakeholders. Above all, safeguarding user data remains a top priority as you contribute to the evolution of our data ecosystem.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in utilizing AI technologies in every-day work
  • Fluency in using AI code assistants
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data science, Computer science, Engineering, applied mathematics, or related discipline.
  • Experience with data processing and data visualisation.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL and using postgres / BigQuery
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Metabase.
  • Experience with different statistical methods
  • Knowledge of basic statistical/machine learning techniques and models (Linear Regression, Bayesian hierarchical models)
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information, getting and presenting the “bigger picture”.
  • Swedish and English
