In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
In his role, you will be joining a fast-paced environment where new discoveries are frequent and require constant adaptation. You will manage direct customer interaction, high impact, and challenging tradeoffs.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to creating an engaging business messaging platform.
- Spend time with customers, users, and partners around the world, both virtually and physically, understand their needs and translate them to the future of global communication.
- Identify the highest impact opportunities both for Google and the entire RCS ecosystem, which could be related to AI-powered agents, conversational design, commerce, trust and safety, personalized brand engagement, or other areas
- Enable brands to create an engaging customer experience.
