We are seeking a highly driven and strategically minded Senior Product Manager to lead the commercial success, strategic direction, and lifecycle management of our pharmaceutical portfolio. This role requires a strong combination of analytical capability, strategic acumen, cross‑functional leadership, and deep industry insight.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Medicine, or other Life Sciences from reputable universities; an advanced degree (MSc and/or MBA) is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in specialty, innovative, or high-value product portfolios, ideally within MS, Neuroscience, or related therapeutic areas.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies, annual marketing plans, and lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, health economics, reimbursement pathways, regulatory frameworks, and competitive intelligence methodologies.
  • High proficiency in analyzing complex datasets, generating business insights, and translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, enabling effective collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Medical, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and global/licensor partners.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; experience working in international, matrix-structured environments is required.
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with digital engagement tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics systems.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to lead complex initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and ensure timely execution.
  • Strong business acumen, ownership mindset, and a results-oriented approach.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute long-term brand strategies and annual marketing plans to maximize product performance and market penetration.
  • Conduct in-depth market analyses, assess competitive landscapes, and identify growth opportunities to strengthen product positioning.
  • Lead cross-functional brand teams to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives and alignment across departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, clinical experts, and healthcare professionals to support scientific engagement and brand advocacy.
  • Drive the development and implementation of promotional campaigns, digital initiatives, field force materials, and educational programs.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics, forecast demand, and proactively manage risks and opportunities across the product portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with Medical, Market Access, and Sales teams to ensure integrated planning and consistent brand execution.
  • Manage lifecycle strategies including indication expansions, post-marketing studies, and strategic portfolio evolution.
  • Work in close coordination with international licensor partners; participate in regular governance meetings and lead structured business reviews to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, legal, and ethical standards governing marketing and promotional activities.
