✨ What You’ll Be Rocking

• Support and follow-up of training parts
• Providing support in various HR organizations and components (first day and 3rd month orientations, company events, internship orientations... etc.)
• Active use of SAP HR and making necessary data entries
• Preparation of contracts and follow-up of the recruitment process
• Planning the initial participation process, procurement / delivery of the doctor and computer
• Personal documents cabinet
• Preparation of necessary documents and petitions for visa applications
• Monitoring the digital recruitment process
• Preparing and stocking welcome packages for new purchases
• Support for meal card uploads continues
• Monitoring the up-to-dateness of orders and data flow for entry cards
• Tracking documents and documentation components and helping to ensure the archive system
• Communicating with candidates during job recruitment, making interview plans and reference research

🎯 The Perfect Fit

• 4th year student or recent graduate in relevant departments
• Having HR internship experience (employee personnel, recruitment, administrative affairs)
• Competent in coordination and organization
• Ability to find solutions to problems
• Prone to cooperation and teamwork
• Able to use written and verbal communication channels effectively
