Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields
- 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with at least 1 year of interview and recruitment experience
- Advanced level (C1) English proficiency, with strong verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in the HR Business Partner (HRBP) model and approach
- Hands-on experience in Recruitment, Interviewing, Candidate Experience, and Talent Acquisition processes
- Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Kariyer.net for job posting, candidate sourcing, and talent search
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong analytical, reporting, and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate closely with business units
- High sense of confidentiality and strong ethical awareness
Job Description
- Supporting assigned business units with an HR Business Partner (HRBP) perspective
- Assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes (candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer stages)
- Working closely with managers to identify organizational and workforce needs
- Managing employee personnel processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation
- Supporting performance management, training, and development processes
- Responding to employee requests and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Supporting HR reporting, analysis, and dashboard activities
