We're looking for a Level Designer to join our New Games team and help build smart, engaging puzzle experiences from the ground up. This role is very hands-on and best suited for someone who loves puzzles, understands difficulty curves, and enjoys owning both the content and the tools behind it.
Experience with hybrid-casual puzzle games is essential for this role.

What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and implementing new levels using a level editor
- Owning and shaping the difficulty curve across levels and progression
- Actively working with game programmers on how the level editor should function
- Taking ownership of the level editor tool from a design perspective
- Collaborating closely with the Product Owner and Game Designer
- Designing lots of puzzles!
- Working across multiple new projects at the same time, from early concepts to testing
- Proven experience as a Level Designer on puzzle games
- Strong understanding of sorting puzzle mechanics and how to design levels around them
- Solid grasp of difficulty balancing and player progression
- Experience working with level editors (Unity is a plus)
- High level of independence and autonomy
- Comfort and willingness for owning decisions and pushing ideas forward
- Good English communication skills for day-to-day collaboration
- A lot of autonomy and creative freedom
- Real involvement in shaping ideas — we're not looking for "just hands," we want brains
- A chance to help launch brand-new projects and influence them from day one
