Our client is a dynamic and innovative community driven platform at the forefront of the DeFi ecosystem. Due to ambitious and well-funded expansion plans, they are seeking a Fullstack Rust Engineer to join their team.

Role Overview:

As a Fullstack Rust Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing both backend and frontend systems that power their Solana-based applications. You will work closely with product, frontend, and blockchain teams to implement high-performance backend services, develop and maintain Solana smart contracts in Rust, and build robust indexing pipelines for efficient on-chain data processing. On the frontend, you will contribute to creating seamless user experiences by integrating backend services and smart contracts into web and app interfaces. You will also take ownership of security monitoring, metrics tracking, and the reliability of mission-critical infrastructure. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in complex distributed systems, understands the nuances of blockchain execution, and enjoys delivering clean, scalable solutions across the full stack that push the boundaries of what’s possible on Solana.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years working as a Fullstack Engineer or in a comparable technical position, with a track record of delivering production-grade systems.

• Strong command of Rust, applying modern patterns, performance-oriented coding approaches, and up-to-date ecosystem practices.

• Hands-on experience building and launching smart contracts on Solana, including proficiency with frameworks and libraries such as Anchor, Web3.js, or similar tooling for on-chain interaction.

• Capable of reviewing, interpreting, and navigating smart contract logic written in Solidity.

• Comfortable working with modern web technologies, including React, Next.js, and TypeScript, to support full-stack development needs.

• Practical experience leveraging GraphQL for querying and indexing blockchain or on-chain data.

• Proven ability to work with AWS or similar cloud environments, utilizing services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and related tooling.

• Deep experience using Git for source control, branching strategies, and collaborative development workflows.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline - or equivalent practical experience gained through professional work.

• Exceptional analytical thinking, clear communication, teamwork-oriented mindset, and comfort working within fast-paced, iterative development processes.
