E-COMMERCE DATA & PERSONALIZATION EXECUTIVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field,
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce analytics, data, or personalization roles,
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Adjust, BigQuery, Python, and similar analytics tools,
- Advanced proficiency in Excel,
- Proven experience with data integrations, event tracking frameworks, and measurement validation,
- Comfortable working with technical teams and managing cross-functional processes,
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail,
- Ownership-driven, proactive, and confident in communication.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Own and oversee end-to-end data integrations, ensuring accurate and reliable data flow across analytics, attribution, and personalization tools,
- Regularly audit event tracking, parameters, and tagging structures; proactively identify inconsistencies and lead resolution with relevant teams,
- Act as the main point of ownership for data accuracy and measurement quality, continuously improving setups based on industry best practices,
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that translate data into clear business insights,
- Analyze e-commerce performance across web and mobile app, turning insights into concrete optimization actions,
- Conduct funnel analysis, behavioral segmentation, and cohort analysis, evaluating impact on conversion rate, revenue, and user experience,
- Lead on-site and in-app personalization strategies, from ideation to execution and measurement,
- Create and manage segment-based personalized experiences aligned with business and customer goals,
- Drive a strong test & learn culture, managing experimentation and evaluating results,
- Work with CDP solutions, including user identity stitching and cross-channel user understanding,
- Actively manage personalization use cases using tools such as PersonaClick or similar platforms,
- Collaborate closely with Growth, CRM, Product, Tech teams, and external agencies to ensure alignment and execution.
