Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong quantitative background with 3+ years of experience in digital analytics and data-driven marketing
- Strong background in e-commerce and digital marketing with a focus on growth, revenue, and scalability
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end e-commerce growth funnel, with the ability to identify optimization and growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and monetization stages
- Hands-on experience with reporting solutions for online advertising platforms such as Google Analytics, DV360, and Facebook Business Manager
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) and Power BI
- Experience with analytics platforms including Google Analytics 4, Adjust, Firebase, etc.
- Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Strong structuring and analytical skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
- Ability to develop data-driven, growth-focused marketing strategies
- Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking and a collaborative, team-player approach
- Experience working with SAP BO, SQL, and Excel (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify key drivers of growth strategy
- Working with third parties to ensure the data flow process of the reports,
- Sharing weekly, monthly and quarterly consolidated analysis reports with the marketing, brand team and segment team
- Conduct root-cause analysis, identify and prioritize opportunities to maximize key performance metrics.
- Develop new approaches to acquire new users to digital channels, closely follow emerging digital technologies, trends, best practices and use cases
