We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the development and continuous improvement of debt collection products and processes in alignment with the Bank’s strategic goals.

- Take full ownership of the debt collection value chain, ensuring close alignment between business objectives, risk control requirements, and technological solutions;
- Drive the development and ongoing enhancement of debt collection systems and digital tools in close collaboration with technology teams;
- Lead the adoption and integration of intelligent automation and solutions (e.g., automated calling, smart workflows), ensure process uptime throughout the collection lifecycle;
- Ensure the end-to-end collection framework delivers high levels of system stability, efficiency, and operational excellence;
- Partner with key internal stakeholders across Risk, Legal, IT, Operations, and Strategy functions to ensure process improvements support broader organizational goals;
- Establish and maintain continuous feedback mechanisms with users and stakeholders to identify improvement areas, prioritize enhancements, and foster innovation.
Experience
- 3-5 years in collections and credit risk management across retail/commercial lending portfolios in banking or financial services
- Customer engagement through multiple channels (phone, email, SMS, digital) with delinquent accounts
- Collections technology platforms and contact center systems (auto-dialers, predictive dialers, IVR, call routing)
- Product Owner role in software development projects, preferably in financial services
- Agile/Scrum methodology including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story creation
- Requirements translation from business needs to technical specifications
- Stakeholder management across business, operations, and technology teams
- Data analytics and reporting using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku), Excel, and SQL
- Performance dashboards development for collections operations and strategy optimization
- Database design principles and data quality validation
- Auto-dialer optimization (predictive, progressive, preview modes)
- Real-time monitoring, call analytics, and quality assurance dashboards
- Workflow automation and process optimization
- Consumer protection laws and fair debt collection practices
- Agile/Scrum: user stories, backlog prioritization, roadmap development
- Change management, P&L impact understanding and technology adoption
- Azerbaijani: Native/full professional proficiency: English: Full professional proficiency: Russian: Professional working proficiency (desirable)
