Senior Full Stack Developer (E-commerce)

About the Role

NAVO is rebuilding its e-commerce platform to prepare for strong future growth. We are looking for a backend-focused full-stack developer who will fully own and lead our website platform. This is not a support role. You will be responsible and accountable for the performance, stability, structure, and future readiness of NAVO’s entire digital platform. You will be the technical owner of this department.

What You Will Do

• Take full ownership of NAVO’s website backend and platform performance

• Improve website speed, stability, and uptime

• Fix backend issues and eliminate crashes

• Clean and simplify product upload and admin workflows

• Reduce plugin dependency and remove messy or risky code

• Improve server setup, caching, security, and backups

• Build internal tools for admin, product, and operations teams

• Prepare the platform for future upgrades and new technologies

• Lead technical execution with agencies on advanced modules (AR, 3D, ERP, integrations)

• Maintain proper documentation and technical processes

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience with Ecommerce platforms

• Good knowledge of backend frameworks (Laravel, Node, Django or similar)

• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

• Solid understanding of caching, CDN, and performance optimization

• Comfortable managing servers, deployments, and security

• Understands API-based system design and clean architecture
