CTO – SaaS Platform (Nordics)
We’re looking for a hands-on CTO to lead technology strategy and execution for a fast-growing SaaS company expanding internationally. You’ll define the roadmap, modernize the stack, and guide a small team toward a high-performing engineering culture.
What you’ll do:
- Own architecture, infrastructure, and platform operations
- Modernize stack and migrate to scalable cloud environment
- Integrate AI/LLMs into product and workflows
- Drive security, compliance, and reliability
- Lead and grow a distributed engineering team
What we’re looking for:
- Experience scaling SaaS platforms and leading engineering teams
- Strong technical background with ability to engage in code and architecture
- Familiarity with modern cloud, DevOps, and frameworks (Ruby, Node.js/Next.js a plus)
- Pragmatic, collaborative leader with a builder’s mindset
