About the Role
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the main technical contact for our key clients. You will help them use our payment solutions successfully, solve technical issues, and build strong long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for technical support.
- Understand client needs and help optimise their payment solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Support sales with demos, training, and product workshops.
- Manage technical projects such as new payment methods and migrations.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
- Collect client feedback and share it with product and engineering teams.
- Stay updated on payment industry trends and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
