PayFuture is a fintech company founded in 2019. We connect eCommerce businesses to local payment methods in emerging markets across the Indian subcontinent, Africa, Southeast Asia, and LATAM. We help merchants expand easily into new markets.

About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the main technical contact for our key clients. You will help them use our payment solutions successfully, solve technical issues, and build strong long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for technical support.
• Understand client needs and help optimise their payment solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Support sales with demos, training, and product workshops.
• Manage technical projects such as new payment methods and migrations.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
• Collect client feedback and share it with product and engineering teams.
• Stay updated on payment industry trends and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.)
• Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
