We’re looking for a new graduate Junior Project Manager / Project Control Officer (PCO) to support an IT AI project. You will help with project coordination, tracking, reporting, and day-to-day delivery support across business and technical teams. Co-op or internship experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager with project plans, timelines, and task tracking
• Run meeting notes, follow-ups, and action item tracking
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions (RAID log)
• Prepare weekly status reports and simple dashboards (Excel / PowerPoint)
• Help coordinate resources, deliverables, and approvals
• Support Agile ceremonies when needed (standups, sprint planning, retros)
• Maintain project documentation in SharePoint/Confluence and keep it organized

Requirements

• New grad with a business, tech, or project-related degree
• Co-op/internship experience in project coordination, PMO/PCO, or operations is an asset
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication and stakeholder follow-up skills
• Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira/Confluence
• Interest in AI/analytics projects (no deep AI knowledge required)
• Basic understanding of SDLC / IT project delivery
