Job Description

As a Content Creative, you will work closely with the Creative Studio to develop, art direct, and deliver compelling visual stories across video and design channels. This role supports ongoing campaigns, brand initiatives and always-on marketing content and communications, with a strong focus on visual storytelling, video cutdowns, and high quality channel optimised visual assets.

Note: This is a 3-month contract role.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and marketers to develop and execute video and visual concepts for campaigns, social media, and marketing communications
  • Storyboard and plan video content, including shot lists, visual references, and rough animatics
  • Edit and adapt video content into multiple cutdowns for different platforms and placements
  • Create motion graphics, simple animations, and visual overlays where required
  • Provide design support for digital interfaces and prototyping, applying best practices in responsive web design
  • Adapt and resize creative assets across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency
  • Support the team in maintaining and evolving the GetGo and ZipZap visual identity across ongoing work
  • Contribute fresh creative perspectives during brainstorming and ideation sessions

What Makes You A Great Fit

We are looking for a creative who enjoys working across video and visual design and is comfortable moving between concept, execution and refinement.

  • Diploma or degree in Film Media, Motion Design, Visual Communication or a related field
  • Experience working in a creative studio agency or in-house creative team
  • Familiarity with the creative process, from ideation and storyboarding through to production and delivery
  • Strong visual storytelling ability, with an eye for framing, pacing, and composition
  • Ability to translate video scripts into clear and engaging storyboards for campaigns and marketing communications
  • Experience in video editing for ad cutdowns for both long-form and short-form content
  • Ability to design visual assets for marketing communications across digital and physical touchpoints
  • Comfortable working with brand guidelines, typography, and layout to maintain consistency across outputs
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar creative tools
  • Bonus: Familiarity with emerging AI-driven creative tools for design or visual enhancements
  • Working knowledge of Figma for layout, design collaboration, and basic prototyping
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple creative tasks simultaneously
  • Collaborative, with clear communication and openness to feedback
  • Curious, eager to learn, and willing to experiment with new creative tools and approaches
  • A digital native with a collaborative mindset, curious and unafraid to experiment, and eager to learn from others
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas
