What The Role Entails
图像处理/计算机视觉/机器学习/人工智能等相关专业，硕士及以上学历，
3年以上相关领域工作经验；
熟练掌握任意如下算法：
3D视觉算法相关算法，例如单目动作捕捉，人物口型生成，和3D场景理解；
3D重建和生成相关算法，例如3D场景重建，3D生成，和世界模型
熟练掌握计算机视觉、深度学习算法或多模态大语言模型等算法之一；
具备良好的编程能力，熟悉数据结构和算法；
具备较强的分析建模、发现和解决问题的能力，良好的业务理解能力，团队协作和沟通能力，优秀的自驱力；
（优先）
爱好各种游戏，对游戏领域有热情，每年游戏时长300小时以上；
对3D引擎（UE,unity或者blender）有工作使用经验者优先；
有相关顶级会议/期刊论文者或参与过相关竞赛取得良好成绩者优先。
