Job Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of key strategic partnership projects, including joint solution development based on GPU/HPC/AI platforms, product integration and validation, and go-to-market initiatives. Define project charters, roadmaps, and success criteria.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the partner, establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with technical, product, and commercial teams. Manage expectations effectively on both sides to ensure smooth communication and information alignment.
• Apply professional project management methodologies (such as a combination of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall) to rigorously manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and changes. Prepare regular project status reports to ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into progress and key milestones.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China to provide production support and drive continuous improvement towards meeting or exceeding established KPIs.
• Proactively identify technical, operational, and commercial risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive internal and external teams to resolve critical issues and conflicts during project execution.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in project management, technology integration, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to delivery.
• Understanding of engineering, AI, HPC, or technology platforms is a plus.
