Job Summary (List Format): Software Developer – Pontiac, MI (Hybrid)

  • Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable applications using .NET and VB6 within a Microsoft-based environment.
  • Develop and support integrations between document management systems, specifically Kofax scanning solutions and Laserfiche DMS.
  • Implement and automate scanning workflows and processes to improve business efficiency.
  • Provide production support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal customers regarding applications and document management systems.
  • Customize and enhance Laserfiche DMS solutions to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Microsoft Teams for project coordination and solution delivery.
  • Utilize Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and Azure DevOps for application development, deployment, and management.
  • Produce technical documentation including program specifications, data models, and architecture diagrams.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and provide effective solutions to technical challenges.
  • Work on-site a minimum of two days per week as part of a hybrid schedule.
