The Personal Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external transactions on all matters pertaining to the immediate superior or manager, such as but not limited to handling information requests, performing administrative functions such as preparing correspondences, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings as well as fulfilling all administration requirements assigned.

Job Responsibilities 1

  • Compiled, analyzed, and presented accurate reports, data, and presentations to management within strict deadlines.
  • Managed incoming and outgoing communications (email, calls, correspondence, visitors) with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Maintained executive calendars, scheduled meetings, and ensured timely reminders for critical appointments.
  • Screened, organized, tracked, and followed up on documents and correspondence requiring management action or signature.
  • Ensured timely distribution and traceability of documents using SAP and ERP systems.
  • Maintained daily records of visitors, appointments, and official communications for audit and reference purposes.
  • Provided administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth departmental operations and workflow efficiency.


Job Knowledge & Skills

  • Skilled in preparing and managing professional correspondence.
  • Strong information gathering, tracking, and monitoring abilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office systems.
  • Solid ERP knowledge with hands-on experience in SAP.


Job Experience

Minimum 3-4 years of working experience.
