The Facade Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all façade works for a landmark luxury hotel project. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and close coordination with consultants, specialist subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure the façade meets the highest standards of aesthetics, performance, quality, safety, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage façade scope from design development, procurement, and fabrication through installation, testing, and final handover
• Coordinate with architects, façade consultants, and engineers to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and luxury brand standards
• Lead façade subcontractors and suppliers, including technical reviews, factory inspections, and site execution
• Oversee shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and performance testing (air, water, structural, thermal)
• Ensure façade works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to UCC Holding’s quality standards
• Resolve technical and interface challenges with structural, MEP, and architectural teams
• Report progress, risks, and cost status to project and senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
• 15+ years of experience in façade engineering/construction on luxury or iconic projects
• Proven experience working with a main contractor on complex façade packages
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, stone cladding, GFRC/GRC, aluminum, and glass systems
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
