The Opportunity

As a Total Rewards Specialist at Cint, you will play an important role in shaping and bringing to life our global compensation and benefits strategy. You will analyze compensation trends, enhance our benefits offerings, and ensure a seamless employee experience when it comes to rewards. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of creating a fair and motivating environment for all employees across the globe.

Benefits

What You Will Do

  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance international benefits offerings, ensuring Cint remains an employer of choice.
  • Support new benefits initiatives, working closely with regional and global teams to execute seamless rollouts.
  • Maintain a global benefits dashboard to track costs, billing, usage and the employee experience.

Compensation

  • Conduct compensation analytics to identify trends, address potential pay equity concerns, and support decision-making.
  • Assist with the annual compensation review process, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Evaluate new roles and maintain the integrity of our internal job catalogue to ensure accurate job classifications.

Employee Experience

  • Lead the development of communication strategies for employees and managers regarding total rewards, including benefits roadshows and awareness sessions.
  • Create engaging materials such as benefits guides, policy summaries, and online content to enhance the understanding of rewards programs.
  • Ensure total rewards communication is relevant, clear, and aligned with the needs of diverse audiences.

  • You possess a talent for identifying patterns in data and translating those insights into actionable strategies.
  • A proactive self-starter, you excel at identifying process gaps and taking initiative to elevate the employee experience.
  • You approach challenges with a stakeholder-first mindset, tailoring content and solutions to meet diverse needs.
  • Comfortable with shifting priorities, you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • You are resourceful, a natural problem solver, and can balance multiple projects with ease.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous relevant experience in compensation and benefits role within an international scope in a multi-national organisation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in salary band creation and compensation analysis.
  • Strong data analysis is an absolute must, with the ability to present complex data to senior leaders to drive informed decision-making.
  • Project management experience will be highly valued.
  • Advanced proficiency in using the Google Suite as well as other reporting tools.
  • Experience using market data surveys and HR platforms such as HiBob.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and manage challenging situations with professionalism.
  • You are collaborative, approachable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
