- Designing and maintaining accurate MIS reports and dashboards
- Delivering actionable insights for business teams
- Ensuring timeliness and precision in data reporting
- Creating impactful presentations and visual reports
- Cross functional interaction with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills (knowledge of SQL/Tableau/ BI tools will be an advantage)
- Working knowledge of any LOS and Core banking solutions (especially in SME Banking space)
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint to present insights effectively
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
