Summary

Join us in our adventure to make the life of business teams easier while creating value for them. BambooBox is looking for a high-potential product designer who can move fast, think clearly, and design modern product experiences for B2B growth marketers.

The role

As an Associate Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to shape delightful and efficient workflows across our platform — from onboarding & setup to insights dashboards, segmentation, alerts, and AI-assisted experiences.

You will report directly to the Director of Product and will get high ownership early. This is a role for someone excited to learn quickly and build real product impact in a startup environment.

Functional requirements

Design clean, modern, and intuitive UX flows for B2B SaaS workflows.

Convert problem statements / rough PRDs into:

user journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and hi-fidelity UI in Figma

Build interactive prototypes to align stakeholders early and reduce back-and-forth during development.

Work closely with Engineering for clear handoff: states, edge cases, responsive behavior, and interaction details.

Improve UX fundamentals across the product: hierarchy, navigation clarity, empty states, microcopy, and consistency.

Be comfortable using LLM tools to accelerate iterations (UX copy options, onboarding tooltips, layout variations, etc.) — while applying judgment and design taste.

What makes you stand out?

0–2 years experience (freshers with strong internships / portfolio welcome).

Solid understanding of modern UI/UX principles, attention to detail and User interview skills.

Strong skills in Figma (Auto-layout, components, prototyping).

Ability to explain design decisions clearly — not just “what” but also “why”.

Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving fast in a startup.

Good to have:

Experience designing dashboards, tables, filters, multi-step workflows (B2B SaaS).

Basic knowledge of design systems.

Familiarity with analytics/session replay tools (Smartlook/Hotjar/FullStory) to inform UX decisions.

Behavioral requirements

Desire to have a competitive mindset and be proactive to achieve your goals.

Willing to take accountability and ship consistently.

Always curious — you love to learn, upskill, and improve your craft.

Integrity is fundamentally important to you.

You want to make an impact.
