You will work closely with the CRO Specialist, Product, and Technology teams to deliver designs that support experimentation, optimisation, and product requirements.
This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys turning insight and requirements into clear, testable, and customer-led design solutions, while maintaining strong visual and brand standards.

• Translate hypotheses and insights into test-ready design variations.
• Iterate designs based on test results and customer behaviour.
Product Design Support
• Support Product teams by delivering UX/UI designs aligned to product requirements and priorities.
• Participate in requirement discussions to ensure customer needs and usability considerations are embedded early.
• Balance experimentation work with product delivery demands.
Collaboration & Ways of Working
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and UX stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and well implemented.
• Provide clear design specifications and assets to support efficient development.
• Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions.
Insight & Continuous Improvement
• Use data, usability findings, and customer feedback to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to improving design patterns, components, and best practices.
• Stay informed of UX/UI trends and emerging best practices relevant to e-commerce and luxury brands.

• Designs that consistently reflect the Austen & Blake brand and customer expectations.
• Continuous improvement in design quality, patterns, and execution.
Where this role might not be a good match / What this role isn’t

• This is not a role for someone who prefers working without data, insight, experimentation, or clear requirements.
• This role is not suited to individuals uncomfortable collaborating closely with CRO, Product, and Technology teams.
• This is not a senior design leadership or strategy-only position.

• Experience collaborating with Product and Development teams.
• Comfortable working from requirements, insight, and hypotheses.
