The Role
As a Graduate Project Manager, you will be the engine room of our Delivery team, playing a pivotal role in bringing our incredible office spaces to life. This is not a passive observational role; it is a high-energy, fast-paced position where you will learn the ropes of project management by doing.
You will work side-by-side with a Senior Project Manager to execute complex fitouts, managing the intersection of design, construction, and client experience. We are looking for someone with the intellectual curiosity of a consultant and the drive of an entrepreneur - someone who can cut through the noise to manage budgets, coordinate supply chains, and ensure we deliver spaces worth leaving home for.
How will success be measured?
- Cut through the noise: You are highly organised and able to prioritise effectively across multiple suppliers, dates, and urgent tasks without breaking a sweat
- Take Responsibility: You own your work at every level. Whether it is chasing a supplier or managing the budget details, you take responsibility for the success of the project and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Pursue Improvement: You have a relentless drive to maximise efficiency, finding opportunities to improve our projects and deliver savings without compromising quality
- Genuinely Interested: You possess a curiosity for understanding how a project comes together - from the commercials through to the physical realities on-site
- Project Execution & Leadership: Act as the right hand to the Senior Project Manager, serving as the critical interface between the delivery team, supply chain, and design operations to ensure instructions are clear
- Stakeholder Communication: Own the weekly client updates, synthesising progress into articulate, professional communications that keep customers informed and excited
- Supply Chain Coordination: coordinate the "army of suppliers" required to launch a workspace, relentlessly chasing internal and external teams to hit ambitious milestones
- Quality Assurance: Manage site inspections and snagging lists to ensure the finish quality meets our high standards before handover
- Autonomy on Small Projects: Once established, you will take full ownership of smaller projects - such as mobilising pre-fitted spaces, giving you the autonomy to run a job from inception to completion
- Top-Tier Potential: You are hungry to make an impact and learn. This is a fast-paced role suited for high achievers who want to see the tangible results of their work
- Analytical & Organised: You love a checklist and hate sitting still. You have a high level of proficiency in managing details and data
- Excellent Communicator: You are articulate, proactive, and assertive. You can convey complex updates to clients clearly and are confident enough to chase suppliers when deadlines are at risk
- Relentless Drive: You do not need prior construction experience, but you must be high-energy and happy to be out on-site, getting stuck in to get the job done
- Problem Solver: Like a consultant, you look for the root cause of operational challenges and proactively identify areas for improvement
The world of work has shifted forever. As people everywhere prioritise purpose over their paychecks, company culture has been thrown into the spotlight. But the problem is, too many companies are showing up to work in bland, cookie-cutter offices. We're leading this change.
Real company culture can only be built in-person, in the real world - and for it to be authentic it needs its very own, personalised space. That's why we create offices as unique as the brands and the people who work there. We're long-term culture partners to our clients long after they've signed the lease and chosen the paint colours.
