About Numezis

Numezis is a Swiss-made, AI-powered SaaS platform for accounting, finance, and ERP — built for companies that expect clarity, automation, and trust from their financial systems.

We are building an agentic finance and operations OS, where workflows, data, and AI work together to automate complex financial processes while remaining auditable, compliant, and human-controlled.

Currently in beta, Numezis is used by real businesses in Switzerland, and we are now strengthening our core product engineering team.

The Role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work on the core product that powers Numezis.

This is not a “feature factory” role.

You’ll help design, build, and evolve a production-grade financial platform used in compliance-critical environments.

You will work end-to-end — from frontend UX to backend APIs — with a strong focus on code quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain core features of our financial operations platform
• Develop scalable frontend and backend systems using TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Design and implement clean, well-structured APIs
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship thoughtful, high-impact features
• Ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability across the stack
• Contribute to architectural decisions as the platform scales
• Work on a product where correctness, clarity, and trust really matter

What You Bring

• Strong experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend
• Solid knowledge of React and modern frontend practices
• Experience building backend services with Node.js
• Good understanding of REST APIs and cloud-native architectures
• Strong engineering fundamentals (clean code, testing, reviews)
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• A genuine interest in building high-quality software that lasts

Bonus Points

• Experience with financial, accounting, or ERP software
• Familiarity with Swiss business or compliance contexts
• Experience integrating or working alongside AI / ML systems
• Interest in developer experience, tooling, or system design
