The Junior Data Analyst supports the data and analytics team by assisting with data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build strong analytical skills and gain hands-on experience in turning data into actionable insights.

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources
  

• Support analysis of datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  

• Help create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for internal stakeholders
  

• Assist with maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and documentation
  

• Support ad hoc data requests and business questions
  

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements
  

• Help monitor data quality and flag inconsistencies or issues
  

• Assist with basic statistical analysis and data modeling

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  

• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role
  

• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  

• Introductory knowledge of SQL or databases
  

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
