Job Description

The Commercial Director, Data & AI is responsible for the GTM strategy, revenue performance and market penetration of Endava’s Data & AI propositions across APAC. Working closely with industry BDMs, Client Partners, and Marketing, the role shapes demand, strengthens solution positioning and drives pipeline acceleration across enterprise accounts.

The role requires strong commercial rigour, narrative building, competitive differentiation, and partner-led growth leadership, ensuring Endava’s Data & AI capabilities are visible and compelling in the market.



Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a holistic commercial plan across APAC to promote Endava’s Data & AI propositions.
  • Drive consistent pipeline generation across Insurance, Payments, BFSI, Government, and emerging markets.
  • Guide account teams on deal strategies, value propositions, pricing frameworks and win themes.
  • Support the creation of commercial models for AI/ML engagements, including value-based pricing where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to activate demand generation across APAC markets.
  • Understand, develop and communicate Endava's differentiators in competitive deals.
  • Partner-aligned GTM execution

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in technology sales, GTM strategy, AI/data commercial leadership or partner-led growth roles.
  • Proven success shaping and closing large enterprise AI/data deals.
  • Deep familiarity with hyperscaler and data platform partner ecosystems.
  • Strong strategic messaging and competitive positioning capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success building pipeline and leading partner-based GTM initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Ability to identify industry pain points to engage with and persuade VP or C-level decision-makers.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Travel is an integral part of a this role and you will need to travel within country and internationally as needed
