The role

We are looking for a Senior Go Developer to join a project team as part of a strategic mission in Switzerland, within a modern, distributed and high-performance application environment.

Role purpose: design, develop and continuously improve robust and scalable backend applications in Golang, ensuring code quality, system reliability and functional consistency in an agile and collaborative environment.

Your main responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services using Golang
• Contribute to the technical architecture and design decisions
• Write and maintain technical documentation and specifications
• Implement and improve unit and integration tests
• Perform technical impact analysis
• Participate in effort estimation, code reviews and technical arbitrations
• Contribute to release cycles and CI/CD pipelines

Technical environment & required skills

• Back-end: Golang
• Front-end (nice to have): JavaScript, React.js, TypeScript
• Tools & DevOps: Git, Maven, CI/CD pipelines
• Methodologies: Agile, DevOps

Expected experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Golang development
• Strong understanding of modern software architectures and distributed systems
• Solid knowledge of development best practices and CI/CD environments
• Experience working in agile, delivery-driven environments

• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
• Fluent in English (C1) and French
• EU nationality
• Willing to relocate to Switzerland
