Position: Visual Designer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$70/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week

Position: Visual Designer
Type: Contract

Role Responsibilities
- Critique and review experimental design workflows with frontier AI models.
- Collaborate asynchronously with a team of designers across disciplines.
- Experiment with and shape how AI understands multi-modal design workflows.
- Work independently to craft high-quality digital and immersive visual designs.
- Utilize creative coding tools like HTML/CSS, Processing, and three.js.
Must-Have
- 1+ years of professional experience in graphic or UI design.
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
- Strong background in creating digital or immersive visual designs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK, or Australia.
- Exposure to LLMs, GenAI prompting, and vibe coding.
- Late December; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
- Complete a short AI interview about your creative process.
- Participate in a portfolio review and writing assessment.
