About The Role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing data team. This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced organisation and involves working with a wide variety of stakeholders across product, marketing, finance and leadership teams.

You’ll be responsible for delivering reliable reporting, developing professional dashboards, and responding to ad-hoc data requests in a timely manner. This role is ideal for someone with a couple of years experience who enjoys a hands-on, delivery-focused environment and wants to continue developing their skills within a multi-disciplinary data team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from core business systems
  • Design, build, and maintain high-quality Tableau dashboards used by stakeholders across the organisation
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear, actionable insights
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and reporting deadlines
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity of metrics and definitions
  • Support the Data & Analytics Lead in scaling reporting processes and improving data maturity

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
  • Knowledge in business requirements gathering, data profiling, and data/statistical analysis
  • Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and working with large datasets
  • Experience building professional dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools)
  • Proven ability to deliver reports accurately and on time
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with customer / stakeholder centric mindset
  • Comfortable engaging with a broad range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
