We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing data team. This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced organisation and involves working with a wide variety of stakeholders across product, marketing, finance and leadership teams.
You’ll be responsible for delivering reliable reporting, developing professional dashboards, and responding to ad-hoc data requests in a timely manner. This role is ideal for someone with a couple of years experience who enjoys a hands-on, delivery-focused environment and wants to continue developing their skills within a multi-disciplinary data team.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing data team. This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced organisation and involves working with a wide variety of stakeholders across product, marketing, finance and leadership teams.
You’ll be responsible for delivering reliable reporting, developing professional dashboards, and responding to ad-hoc data requests in a timely manner. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from core business systems
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality Tableau dashboards used by stakeholders across the organisation
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear, actionable insights
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and reporting deadlines
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity of metrics and definitions
- Support the Data & Analytics Lead in scaling reporting processes and improving data maturity
- 1-3 years experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge in business requirements gathering, data profiling, and data/statistical analysis
- Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and working with large datasets
- Experience building professional dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools)
- Proven ability to deliver reports accurately and on time
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with customer / stakeholder centric mindset
- Comfortable engaging with a broad range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
