Job Purpose
This role focuses on driving the evolution and quality of the frontend of a production-grade application used daily by real businesses. The Frontend Developer is responsible not only for translating V4 design concepts into high-quality React components, but also for contributing to technical decisions that improve consistency, performance, and maintainability across the frontend architecture.
Working closely with product, backend, and UX teams, this role requires a high degree of autonomy and sound engineering judgment, balancing delivery needs with long-term scalability, usability, and code quality.

Job Purpose

Working closely with product, backend, and UX teams, this role requires a high degree of autonomy and sound engineering judgment, balancing delivery needs with long-term scalability, usability, and code quality.
Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of V4 UI designs using ReactJS, ensuring high-quality, production-ready user interfaces.
- Design and evolve reusable, scalable components, contributing actively to the growth and consistency of the design system.
- Lead the implementation of responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and shop-floor devices.
- Identify, analyze, and proactively address performance challenges, especially when working with large data sets and real-time updates.
- Diagnose and resolve complex UI issues related to state management, rendering behavior, and performance optimization.
- Ensure a high standard of code quality, including maintainability, readability, and appropriate test coverage.
- Proactively document technical decisions, patterns, and trade-offs to support long-term maintainability and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with product, backend, and UX teams, influencing implementation approaches and technical solutions.
- Actively participate in planning, code reviews, and technical discussions, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Support other developers through collaboration and informal mentoring, fostering a strong, non-siloed engineering culture.
- 5+ years of industry experience as a ReactJS Frontend Developer working on production-grade applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with demonstrated experience building complex, maintainable user interfaces.
- Advanced hands-on experience with ReactJS, including deep familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or similar.
- Solid experience working with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming patterns, and complex frontend data flows.
- Strong experience with unit and integration testing using Jest and React Testing Library, with an emphasis on reliability and maintainability.
- Proven experience designing scalable UI architectures and contributing to flexible, reusable design systems.
- Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows in collaborative environments.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility considerations, and user-centered design practices.
- Solid knowledge of algorithms, design patterns, and frontend modularization strategies.
- Ability to independently analyze problems, propose solutions, and drive improvements with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience integrating multiple APIs or services into frontend solutions and handling complex data interactions.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
