The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Agile and Scrum Management team you will lead Agile delivery for impactful data and ERP projects. As a Manager, you will supervise and mentor teams, maintaining quality deliverables while managing client accounts and fostering meaningful relationships. This role offers the chance to enhance your leadership skills while embracing technology and innovation to drive project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery for data and ERP projects
- Supervise and mentor team members to secure quality outcomes
- Manage client accounts and build sturdy relationships

- Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management processes
- Utilize project tracking tools effectively

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
- Agile delivery on at least 2 data/ERP projects
- Proficiency with project tracking tools
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Exposure to migration-heavy programs
- Coaching technical and non-technical teams
- Experience leading Agile delivery for data, ERP, HCM projects
- Managing risks, issues, and dependencies effectively
- Familiarity with project tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project
- Excelling in facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
