Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into tailored data-driven solutions aligned with company objectives
• Establish key success metrics, define desired product outcomes, and track progress to ensure results deliver measurable business impact
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Data Engineers to design and implement scalable, efficient data solutions
• Lead consulting engagements while supporting presales activities by showcasing expertise in analytics and understanding client requirements
• Oversee and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals and customer expectations
• Perform frequent evaluations of data quality and availability to identify improvement opportunities within governance processes
• Keep up with emerging trends and developments in data analytics and integrate this knowledge into ongoing projects
• Assist with data integration, processing, and preparation efforts to ensure availability of clean, actionable data for decision-making
• Effectively communicate data insights and strategies to technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of experience working as a Data Analytics Consultant, Data Product Manager, or in a similar consulting capacity
• A minimum of 3 years in leadership roles such as Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
• At least 2 year of experience managing a team of 20 or more members
• Participation in at least 5 full-cycle projects or multiple projects across various phases of development
• Deep understanding of data platforms and hands-on experience delivering solutions like data lakes, advanced analytics systems, and reporting tools
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with strong coding capabilities in both
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their related data services
• Comprehensive knowledge of data architecture, lifecycle management, and data product design principles
• Demonstrated leadership and project management experience in data-focused initiatives
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to distill complex problems and present findings clearly
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions
• Proven ability to lead and deliver data projects that address business challenges while achieving measurable outcomes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects concurrently
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience using advanced visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Certifications in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Hands-on experience with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
• Familiarity with AI/ML-based solutions and predictive analytics
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies for managing projects
• Ability to deliver presentations and lead client-facing workshops or training sessions
