Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Assess current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Recommend solutions that align with organizational objectives and drive efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement.
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance and support data-driven decisions.
- Contribute to project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Tools & Platforms: Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, Azure Cloud
- Expertise: Data Analytics, Reporting, and Visualization
