About Guestway

Guestway is a fast-growing B2B PropTech SaaS company building a platform to transform the short-stay and hotel industry through artificial intelligence, IoT, and deep digitalisation of operational processes.

Our mission is to make hospitality operations more efficient, scalable, and future-proof through technology.

Over the past year, our engineering team has built a strong technical foundation at high speed. As we prepare for further commercial growth, we are expanding our product team and are looking for additional Front-End Developers to join us.

The role

As a Front-End Developer at Guestway, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our SaaS platform. You will not only build interfaces, but also actively contribute to how the product works, looks, and scales.

This is a role with real responsibility. We expect you to think beyond implementation and contribute to use cases, UX decisions, architecture discussions, and overall product quality.

You will work closely with backend developers, product, and founders in a fast-moving startup environment.

What you will do

• Build and maintain user-facing features for our SaaS platform
• Collaborate on UX and product decisions, not just implementation
• Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces
• Work closely with backend developers on API-driven features
• Contribute to discussions around architecture, performance, and scalability
• Help improve development workflows, quality, and tooling

What we are looking for

• Strong experience as a Front-End Developer
• Comfortable working in a modern JavaScript / front-end framework environment
• Interest in UX, product thinking, and building scalable software
• Proactive mindset: you take initiative and think critically
• Able to work autonomously while collaborating closely with the team
