You will join a highly visible IT tribe at a leading international bank, acting as a key entry point for customers across all digital channels. The mission focuses on delivering personalized, insightful advice and frictionless digital experiences through web and mobile applications for both private and business banking. As an iOS Developer, you will work in agile, cross-functional teams at the heart of the bank’s digital ecosystem, treating software development as a true craft.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into high-quality iOS code
- Design, build, and maintain performant, reusable, and reliable Swift code
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver new features
- Integrate iOS applications with back-end services via RESTful APIs
- Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Write unit tests to ensure robustness, usability, and reliability
- Identify bottlenecks, debug issues, and continuously improve code
- Maintain code quality, structure, and automation standards
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience as an iOS Developer
- Strong expertise in Swift and iOS application development
- Solid understanding of Apple iOS design principles, interface guidelines, and best practices
- Proven experience with Clean Code principles and refactoring
- Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
- Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools (Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Fortify, JIRA, Confluence)
- Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Practical experience working in Agile and Scrum environments
- Experience collaborating in large development teams
- Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with knowledge sharing and pair programming
- Knowledge of Docker, containers, and Groovy
- Additional exposure to large-scale banking or enterprise environments
