About the Role
We are seeking skilled Security Engineers/officers to join our team and help strengthen the security posture across various domains including data, infrastructure, and applications. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing, optimizing, and documenting security processes while ensuring robust governance frameworks are in place.
We are hiring for both Junior and Medior level positions:
- Min 1 year (for the Junior) and 3+ years proven experience in security and ISO 27001
- ISO 27001 implementer/auditor or NIS 2 implementer certification
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments across data, infrastructure, and application environments
- Analyze and optimize existing security processes and governance structures
- Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and procedures
- Implement and maintain security management frameworks and best practices
- Provide expert guidance on information security matters to stakeholders
- Identify security risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support the implementation of security controls and monitoring mechanisms
- Stay current with emerging security threats and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Security Consultant in one or more of the following environments: data, infrastructure, or applications
- Strong knowledge of information security principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, optimize, and document security processes and governance frameworks
- Fluency in Dutch at European CEFR level C2
- Experience with security management techniques and frameworks such as:
- ISO 27000 series
- COBIT for Security
- NIST frameworks
- OWASP
- CIS Critical Security Controls for Effective Cyber Defense
- Professional certifications relevant to your area of expertise, such as:
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
