Senior EPC project manager


For a client active in industrial EPC projects across Belgium and Europe, delivering complex projects combining steel, welding, piping, and boiler making expertise, we are looking for a senior EPC Project Manager consultant in Wallonia. The role involves full ownership of high-value projects from study phases to commissioning, in a context of strong growth and ambitious industrial programs.


Your tasks

  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage EPC projects from design through commissioning, ensuring full alignment with technical, financial, and contractual requirements.
  • Strong Technical Expertise: Demonstrate solid hands-on and engineering knowledge in steel structures, welding processes, piping systems, and boiler making, enabling effective technical decision-making and coordination with engineering and site teams.
  • Strategic Project Planning: Develop project schedules, key milestones, and critical paths using planning tools (MS Project or equivalent).
  • Financial & Cost Control: Define and track project budgets, control costs, manage cash flow, and review claims and variations.
  • Contract & Risk Management: Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, manage claims, and ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and client obligations.
  • Client & Stakeholder Interface: Lead project meetings, report KPIs, and maintain strong, proactive, and solution-driven client relationships.
  • Technical Supervision: Oversee piping and industrial installations, ensuring compliance with QHSE standards and early identification of technical risks.


Your profile

  • Education: Industrial or Civil Engineer.
  • Experience: 10 years in EPC project management within industry.
  • Expertise: Proven track record in piping projects as a project manager.
  • Languages: Professional proficiency in French & English (C1)
