We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions together with our hardware. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our applications by reviewing requirements, executing manual testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Our strong engineering competence spans across hardware, software, AI model development, and integrations with external partners. The company’s headquarters and main production facilities are located in Tallinn, Estonia, supported by manufacturing and a maintenance hub in Ukraine, as well as a presence in Germany, Poland, and Romania.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our applications by reviewing requirements, executing manual testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Be Doing
- Create comprehensive test cases, test plans, and update test documentation
- Perform manual testing on tickets across Engineering teams
- Report, track, and manage defects
- Conduct regression testing to ensure stability and compatibility of the application after changes
- Actively participate in the release process, ensuring all quality standards are met
- Perform exploratory and ad-hoc testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues
- Work closely with development teams to understand technical implementations and provide feedback
- Perform on-site testing with hardware as required
- Proven experience in testing web applications with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
- Hands-on experience testing APIs and understanding API functionality
- Solid understanding of backend and frontend architecture
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC)
- Proficient in writing detailed test cases and test plans
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Youtrack, or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
