Finbite Invoice Center has been offering an all-in-one environment for businesses looking to make their accounting processes smarter for over 10 years. We are the leading e-invoice operator in Estonia, with a market share of over 40% of all companies receiving purchase invoices. In addition to this, we also operate in Lithuania and Latvia.


Tasks

Are you motivated by increasing sales results, leading people, and owning results end to end?


We are looking a results-driven, hands-on Head of Sales to lead our sales team and accelerate growth across the Baltic markets. This is a key leadership role where you will take full ownership of sales performance, shape sales culture, and work closely with teams across the company to drive sustainable growth.

  • Define and execute sales strategy to drive growth across Baltics.

  • Lead and develop the sales team, staying close to daily sales activities and key deals.

  • Build and maintain an active, data-driven sales culture focused on performance and accountability.

  • Be hands-on in sales, especially with key accounts and more complex opportunities.

  • Work closely with different departments like marketing, product etc, and partners to support sales success.

  • Take ownership of key accounts and support complex negotiations and closings.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, turning insights into scalable sales practices.


Requirements

You would be a great match if you have:



  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or IT.

  • Experience leading and developing sales teams.

  • A strong owner’s mindset, with focus on outcomes, accountability, and business impact.

  • The courage to lead change and make decisions in a growing organization.

  • Very good communication and negotiation skills in Estonian and English.

  • Analytical and systematic thinking.

  • A hands-on mentality, comfortable both setting strategy and actively selling alongside the team.

  • Data-driven thinking, with the ability to use pipelines, KPIs, and sales data to guide decisions.
