Role Description

• We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a Project based position (1-2 year contract) in a hybrid work environment, based in Vihti with flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end features of digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional team to create user-friendly solutions and ensure seamless functionality of software systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include planning, developing, debugging, testing, optimizing systems, and staying updated on the latest technologies to enhance digital products for our clients. This includes creating dashboards and backend systems to support live services. We routinely work with computational design, digital fabrication and more generally geometry problem solving and automation in CAD/BIM environments. So any past experience in these is considered an asset.

What we are looking for:

• A Full-Stack Engineer who’s comfortable bouncing between front-end polish and back-end logic
• Solid experience in modern web development, with a good grasp of software development best practices and workflows
• Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JS, frameworks of choice) — you know how to make things look great and work smoothly on any device
• Confident with back-end development, including building, securing, and maintaining databases
• Experience integrating payment systems into SaaS platforms
• Comfortable working with cloud services, and bonus points for familiarity with Rhino Compute, Rhino Grasshopper (this is important, so do mention it if you do!)
• Previous experience in digital design, architecture, structural engineering or related industries.
• Proven experience maintaining and improving live production projects.
• A team player who can collaborate, delegate, and take ownership, while also being able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear, friendly communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience)
